Homely Habitats trail was commissioned by Penrith Town Council and was installed by Stomping Ground and local artist Jenny Brook in Penrith Town Centre for 3 months in 2021. This was part of the Penrith Town Council’s initiative to welcome people back to the town centre and celebrating the work of the local community gardeners. It was also designed to draw attention to increasing biodiversity in urban areas.
