Family Wild Play Day – Another all day event for all the family in collaboration with Arnside and Silverdale AONB. Drop in for an hour or stay all day with Stomping Ground. Building dens, crafts, campfire cooking and natural artworks. Playing games, picnics in the meadow, and testing your balance on slacklines or chilling in the hammocks. It all goes on!
Access: Unfortunately this site doesn’t have wheelchair access. There is parking available at the nature reserve entrance.
Public Tranport options: The 49 bus route goes from Lancaster, through Carnforth, and drops off at the George Washington Hotel in Warton, it is then a 15min walk along Crag Rd to the nature reserve.
