Stomping Ground were chuffed to be asked to lead the Lantern Workshops for the Ewanrigg Lantern Parade this year. We LOVE making lanterns! This parade had a very worthy cause – the Save Our Beds campaign are trying to keep Maryport Cottage Hospital open. The parade featured 13 beating hearts and a huge bed with the number 13 on it in lights to represent the 13 beds to be lost if the hospital closes. Maryport is working really hard to save those beds. Go Maryport!
